Local Farm Procurement & Harvest Sorting

We harvest and source agricultural produce strictly from contracted FPO networks during peak maturity. Primary sorting is performed at local collection centers to remove physical defects, soil residues, and undersized specimens.

Hygienic Processing & Third-Party Lab Testing

Goods are transferred to APEDA and Spices Board registered pack-houses. Spices undergo sun-drying, polishing, and sterilization, while fresh vegetables undergo washing and pre-cooling. Independent labs (SGS/Geo-Chem) draw random samples to certify moisture levels, Curcumin/piperine content, and absence of pesticide residues.

Customized Packaging & Container Stuffing

We package commodities according to buyer specifications: new jute bags, food-grade PP bags, vacuum pouches, or ventilated mesh bags for alliums. Containers are thoroughly sanitized and stuffed under supervision to maximize space and prevent cargo shifting.

Customs Clearance & Phytosanitary Certification

Our logistics desk processes all mandatory export documentation, including Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificates from Plant Quarantine authorities, commercial invoices, and Bill of Lading, ensuring smooth customs clearance at Indian ports (JNPT, Mundra, Cochin).

Cold-Chain Maritime Transit & Port Delivery

For perishables like Onions and Okra, we utilize temperature and humidity-controlled Reefer containers with continuous tracking. We provide real-time vessel tracking telemetry until safe arrival at the destination port under FOB, CFR, or CIF terms.

What are your accepted international payment terms? ▼
We primarily accept 100% Irrevocable, Confirmed Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight from top-tier international banks. For long-term established clients, we also operate on Advance T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) terms (30% advance upon order confirmation, 70% against scanned copy of Bill of Lading).
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for shipments? ▼
For fresh vegetables (like Red Onions or Potatoes), our minimum order quantity is 1x20ft or 1x40ft Reefer container (approx. 13 to 29 Metric Tons depending on packaging). For high-value spices (Turmeric, Cardamom, Black Pepper), we accept LCL (Less than Container Load) orders starting from 1 to 5 Metric Tons, or consolidated multi-commodity containers.
Do you provide pre-shipment commodity samples? ▼
Yes, we provide representative pre-shipment samples for quality verification. Samples (300g to 500g) are dispatched free of charge via DHL/FedEx courier; however, the international express freight charges are typically borne by the buyer, which are subsequently credited against the first commercial order.
How do you guarantee quality upon arrival at the destination port? ▼
We mandate third-party quality and weight inspections by internationally recognized agencies such as SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Geo-Chem prior to container sealing. The Inspection Certificate is included with the official shipping documents, certifying that the goods meet exact contractual moisture, size, and purity specifications upon dispatch.
